Content, networking, but also relaxing moments in between—the perfect balance of learning, sharing, and enjoying time with the WooCommerce community.
Where is it?

Why stay at the venue?
We’ve secured a group deal for a block of rooms—and after purchasing a ticket, you’ll get the booking instructions (includes breakfast and all amenities).
Please do not book your stay directly through the hotel’s official website. We’ve secured special rates for our attendees, which are only available through our dedicated booking form. Make sure to use the link provided when you purchase a ticket to benefit from these exclusive prices.
Getting to Palermo is easy
Flying to Palermo directly is ideal—but even if not, Rome connects you easily with multiple low-cost options every day.

Make it a longer trip?
The conference runs on Thursday and Friday, with accommodation available Wednesday through Saturday morning. But you’re very welcome to arrive early or stay the weekend.
FAQ
When should I book flights?
We recommend booking flights as soon as possible, since Palermo is a popular destination in spring. Aim to arrive on Wednesday, April 28th, 2027 for the welcome dinner (19:30 local time), so you’ll be ready for the full two days of the event (April 29–30). Feel free to also take part in our optional fun day out on May 1, in such a case you could fly back on May 2. If you’d like to enjoy extra time in Sicily, consider staying a few more days before or after.
What’s the best arrival plan?
Palermo Airport (PMO) is just 13 minutes from the venue. Taxis and transfers are available, and if you prefer driving, the venue offers free parking for guests.
What should I pack?
Laptop—tables and quiet spaces will be available for work and taking notes.
Swimming costume—the venue has four pools and access to the sea, perfect if the weather is good.
Comfortable clothes—for networking, leisure time, and exploring Sicily.
Sportswear—in case you’d like to use the gym, run on the beach, or enjoy a walk.
Is the venue family-friendly?
Yes. The resort offers a dedicated playground for kids, kid pools (water may be cold in April though), green areas, beach access, and a mum’s kitchen open 24/7 for families with young children.
Are there wellness and sport facilities?
Absolutely. The venue includes a wellness center (sauna, treatments, relaxation) and a sports area with gym, tennis court, 5-a-side football pitch, and bike rental.
Can I enjoy the beach?
It depends on the weather! The venue is right by the sea, so you’ll have direct access to the beach as well as the pools, but we can’t guarantee there will be umbrellas and sunbeds in late April.
